Humidity control for commercial and industrial buildings
Professional dehumidifiers for warehouses, basements, wine cellars, production sites and archives. Selection, supply, installation and service — from one company.

Four series for every type of site
From mobile floor-standing units to concealed ceiling systems, and from cold stores to drying rooms.

Excess moisture damages stock, buildings and equipment. These are the places where we see it most often.
Warehouses & logistics
Target RH: 45–55%Moisture damages packaging, cardboard, metal and electronics. Stable humidity protects stock and reduces write-offs.
Basements & underground spaces
Target RH: 50–60%Mould, odours, damp walls and condensation — a dehumidifier deals with the cause, not the symptoms.
Wine cellars & cold storage
Target RH: 60–75%Standard units ice up at low temperatures. The low-temperature series works down to 0°C with automatic defrost.
Production facilities
Target RH: 40–60%In food, chemical, printing and electronics production, humidity is part of product quality.
Archives, libraries & museums
Target RH: 45–55%Paper, leather and wood absorb moisture. A concealed ceiling system keeps the interior intact and runs quietly.
Pharmacy & laboratories
Target RH: 40–50%Medicines and samples need strict storage conditions — automatic control holds the set level.
Drying rooms
Process-dependentTimber, fruit, tobacco, ceramics — the high-temperature series works up to 58°C and speeds up drying.
Construction & renovation
Fast dryingPlaster, screed and paint dry faster — so projects finish on schedule.

GIOS has worked on heating, cooling and ventilation systems for years. We approach humidity control the same way — from design to service.
Consultation & survey
We study the site: area, temperature, moisture sources and the target conditions.
System selection
We select the model and quantity and prepare a quote with price and lead time.
Delivery & installation
We deliver and install — ceiling systems complete with ducting and drainage.

Frequently asked questions
How do I choose the right capacity?
What matters is floor area, ceiling height, temperature and moisture sources (frequent door openings, wet processes, fresh plaster). Use our calculator for a first estimate; for an exact selection our engineer will survey the site.
What is the difference between the series?
Floor-standing models are for normal room temperatures. The low-temperature series works down to 0°C with automatic defrost — for cellars and cold stores. The high-temperature series works up to 58°C — for drying rooms. Ceiling units are installed out of sight and distribute air through ducts.
Does it need installation?
Floor-standing models are on wheels: plug in and connect the drain hose. Ceiling units need installation, ducting and drainage — our technical team takes care of it.
What power supply do the larger models need?
Small and medium models run on 220 V. The most powerful models need a three-phase 380 V supply — this is shown in each model's specifications.
How do I get a price?
Fill in the quote form, call us or message us on WhatsApp. The quote will include price, delivery time, installation and warranty terms.
Not sure which model you need?
Tell us the area and purpose of your site — our engineer will select the system and prepare a quote.
